4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order on Sarto constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability

Accepted payment methods:

Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards (AED)
Other payment methods displayed at checkout

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for all charges incurred under your account.

Orders may only be cancelled within one (1) hour of purchase to qualify for a refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 7 working days of delivery.

Approved returns are refunded as:

Store credit (digital gift card)
Non-transferable
Non-cashable
No expiry date

Return shipping deduction:

UAE: AED 50
International: AED 120

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customized, made-to-order, sale items, or items not meeting return conditions are non-refundable.

Sarto operates under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The UAE is our country of domicile.
