1. Quality Control
Before dispatch, every item undergoes a thorough inspection by our Quality Control team to ensure:

Only items that meet our quality standards are approved for shipment.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

Item must be in resalable condition

Security strap (if applicable) must be fully attached and untampered
The following items are non-refundable:

3. Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued as a digital gift card (store credit).
Refunds are not issued to the original payment method, except for eligible order cancellations made within one (1) hour of purchase.

4. Refund Calculation
Refund amount is calculated as:
Item Price – Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping deductions:

International: AED 120
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection.

Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval.

Store credit will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Return the item in original condition
Sarto reserves the right to inspect the item before approving any replacement or refund request.
7. Return Shipping
